Registration for the 2008 Season.

 In person registration is being held on Saturday February 2, 2008 at Minoru Arena from 10:00am to 1:00pm

Please print the registration forms and complete all copies and bring them with you to Minoru Arena. Forms will also be available at the arena on registration day. They can also be mailed to the address listed on the form. Registration forms are also available at Ice Level Sports in the Ironwood Plaza.

New players must provide a copy of their Birth Certificate, their Care Card number and proof of residency.
